Coo-Coo
Coo-Coo is a short observational film about pigeons in Chicago. These birds find freedom where other animals perish, yet owe their mobility in the urban space to a long history of domestication. Through their alignment with our species, pigeons inhabit a unique position in which they are both at odds with and dependent upon humans. coo-coo was shot entirely on one roll of 16mm film with all visual cuts made in-camera.

How May I Help You | Trailer
How May I Help You is a hybrid documentary by Ella Harmon inspired by dozens of interviews with call center workers. Through a series of vignettes scripted from real phone conversations between workers and callers, How May I Help You reimagines fleeting personal encounters between strangers.
